Kadanss Games as a company cherishes the privacy of all its users. This document was built to explain which data is being collected when a user uses one of our products, and what such data is used for. By using one of Our Products, you have agreed to accept the data collection and its use mentioned in this document.

This Privacy Policy is subject to updates that won't be announced as our Products and audience grow and become something else. All updates to this Privacy Policy are effective immediately.

● Data collection and use

Kadanss Games does not use proprietary systems for data collection within Our Products. We may instead collect data within Our Products via the use of analytics tools proprietary of Google, Apple, Meta and Microsoft, depending on the platform each of Our Products is published on, and depending on the required features of each of Our Products. All Our Products are currently developed with Unreal Engine, which includes analytics tools proprietary of Epic Games Technologies.

Information gathered by these analytics tools are aimed to improve Our Products and the end User experience by collecting anonymous data about Product usage and User demographic, and by providing services that Users can experience within Our Products, such as play time and crash data. Kadanss Games is unable to obtain the real identity of a User via any of the data We collect through analytics tools. That includes name, age, address, physical information, etc.

● In-App Purchases

Some of Our Products may include in-app purchase systems that let the User obtain exclusive items or functionalities within said Products by purchasing them with real currency. These in-app purchase systems are provided by Google, Apple or Meta depending by the platform Our Product is published on. Kadanss Games has no access to sensitive User data relative to in-app purchases such as billing data, identity or payment information and is only able to know if a User successfully completed a purchase. All payments are processed by the in-app purchase providers according to their own payment, privacy and refund policies. In-app purchases within our products are really rare.

● Security

Kadanss Games doesn’t store any User data in proprietary machines or servers. All data form Our Products is stored and processed by the previously mentioned service providers following their own policies and their own systems of choice. We strive to use industry standard networking systems to provide a safe data transmission between Our Products and the previously mentioned service providers, noting that there is no system that can guarantee absolute security under all circumstances.

● Children’s Privacy

None of Our Products is aimed at an audience younger than the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect analytics data of Users younger than 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You suspect Your child has provided any sensitive data through our Products, please contact us: kadanssgames@gmail.com
